Program Description: Morgan Darling Law, PLLC offers the use of text messaging for their clients for the purposes of appointment reminders, exchange of information related to your case, and information about the firm.
Optional: Morgan Darling Law, PLLC does not require the approval of SMS communication in order to procure the firm’s services.
Frequency: You will receive no more than 5 text messages a week unless the text messages from Morgan Darling Law, PLLC are in response to a text message that you send to the company.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply back to a text message from Morgan Darling Law, PLLC with STOP or CANCEL. After you send the SMS message STOP or CANCEL to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up in the same manner you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at office@morgandarlinglaw.com.
Interruption: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Cost: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless carrier.
